Tuesdays
- Private lessons available with Master DeVita for those interested in preparing for a test or an upcoming Tournament. Speak to Master DeVita privately and book time to up your game. Sparring, Forms, Fitness, Self Defense or any other preferred focus.
Thursdays
- Do not forget the KALI CLASS on Thursday nights from 7:45pm - 9:15pm. Kali is a Filipino Martial Arts which utilizes the weapon. Bladed weapons are provided.
Sundays
- Tai Chi Class is available from 8:00am to 9:00am. Wear loose fitting clothing and sneakers. This is a wonderful way to find inner balance and outer strength.
